Grace period in payment allowed when member or family member is sick or death in family or met catastrophe (fire, flood). Members must be a member of K-MBA, with a one-time membership fee of P3 and weekly premium of P15 for life insurance and P5 for retirement fund (reflected as savings). Retirement fund is withdrawable upon exit from KDCI and K-MBA with an interest of 2% per annum. Member's loanable amount may increase based on repayment record
