Sponsor Categories
We aim to be a genuine industry-backed venture and so we have carefully designed funding categories to be inclusive, participatory, and viable for all types of stakeholders to be involved.
We organized MFTransparency Sponsor types by the following groups:
- Investors, Foundations, Industry Support Organizations, Companies
- International Networks and NGOs
- National MFIs and NGOs
- Individuals
Different levels of funding have been considered for each Sponsor type that falls into the 4 categories:
- Additonal
- Ruby
- Sapphire
- Emerald
- Diamond

In addition to the general sponsorship opportunities detailed above, we offer Country Sponsorship to sponsors who wish to make specific geographic contributions.
In the Country Sponsorship option, Sponsors have the option to fund MFTransparency’s operations for a specific country. We have developed a standard budget per country and you are welcome to be the sole Sponsor for a country, or contribute a portion of what is needed. Countries will be provided for your choice as MFTransparency confirms plans to work with them. You will then be recognized as the supporter of transparency for the countries you choose. Details on the country budget can be provided upon request.
